When we think about sales, we think about building relationships.

Our goal is to carefully hand select a small number of clients spanning various scopes of construction ranging from Framing, Siding, Finished Carpentry, Demolition, Countertops, Roofing, HVAC, to final clean-ups and dumpsters. Once we find solid sub-contractors, then we match them up with General Contractors who have similar values. We build great relationships and create a win-win for our clients and our General Contractors.

Leadership Development:

We work with minority based enterprises (MBE’s) so that we can provide leadership that produces healthy and thriving businesses.

Part of our mission is to give back to the Brazilian community so many of our companies are owned by Brazilians. We believe great leadership builds great companies. And healthy companies are able to provide for their families and that’s extremely important to all of us!
